Our local waters were a vibrant display of maritime activity, from the Gareloch One Designs, Helensburgh/Cove Sailing Clubs, to coastal rowers and jet-skiers on Loch Lomond, the region was alive with energy!
The horizon was dominated by spectacular vessels: the towering Majestic Princess cruise ship made a grand entrance on the Clyde, while the cutting-edge diesel-electric hybrid super-yacht Leviathan showcased luxury travel. Meanwhile, the beloved PS Waverley was spotted during her sea trials, the striking sight of HMS Prince of Wales at Loch Long, and the Loch Lomond Rescue Boat and crew responded to seven incidents.
