Helensburgh and lomond Community Group Scotland
What do the following have in common?
A clock, cushion cover, retro pushchair, picture frame, umbrella, tea towel, Flymo and a card making machine….
Answer: they are just some of the items brought into last Saturday’s Helensburgh Repair Hub session.
And we are happy to report a lot of them went home working again – the umbrella was ingeniously fixed with a paper clip!
We’ve got a pop-up repair hub session this coming Saturday (3 Oct) at the Three Villages Hall in Arrochar from 10.30-12 pm, so bring along your broken household items and our fabulous repairers will do their best to get them back into service.
Refreshments and chat while you wait.
The Helensburgh Repair Hub is a partnership project between Helensburgh Community Hub, Jean’s Bothy and ABCAN.
