I was so delighted when I was told that I had been nominated but didn’t think for a minute that I would have been a finalist let alone a winner. I very much enjoy my job at Erskine. Engaging with our residents and supporting our relatives is a huge part of my daily routine and I enjoy this part of my job very much.
