Alan Steven Rae age 18 went missing whilst away with at Army camp at Garelochhead. He’s meant to have drowned in the Holy Loch, but yet his wallet was found a year later and was examined by forensic experts who said it had never been in the water. He was seen walking towards the camp by a minister and also stopped by police. Does anyone have any information about his whereabouts or what happened to him?
