Hopes of a return have been dashed, however, as the union has advised section leads of UNISON that agreement on key issues must be in place prior to any return to work.

What disturbs me is that this fear and uncertainty is giving rise to a kind of panic which is often expressed in language that seems to be more argument than discussion, more recrimination and insults than anything else.
