Helensburgh and Lomond Volunteer Celebration Lunch

Helensburgh Community Hub

Huge thank you to Nature’s Harvest for the beautiful and tasty fruit platters they donated to the Helensburgh and Lomond Volunteer Celebration Lunch today!
It was a brilliant afternoon to round off Volunteers’ Week Scotland after the TSI Volunteer Kathryn Polley Photography Year awards and Route 81 event held locally earlier this weekend.
Photos of today by the wonderful Kathryn Polley Photography coming soon.
But for now me, Jayne, Kim, Kath, Debbie and Caryl are going home to put our feet up…

Sunday 8th June 2025 was the third annual Helensburgh & Lomond Volunteer Celebration Lunch, recognising and celebrating the contributions of all volunteers with a sumptuous spread of deliciousness and lots of heartfelt, kind words.
I was glad to be a part of it again, and would like to thank my buddies at the Helensburgh Community Hub and Visiting Friends for the laughs and support that made all the hard work so very worth it. More pictures to follow soon!
By the way, if anyone sees my knackered old red glasses, please do get in touch – I feel a bit lost without them.
