New web resource for paediatric haemato-oncology service
Information is power – these lucky girls got the power! And a website too.

Wards 6A and 4B at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital are currently being used by staff from the Royal Hospital for Children (RHC) to care for paediatric haemato-oncology patients while improvement work on Wards 2A and 2B at the RHC continue.
They have created a web resource to keep people informed about progress being made around the haemato-oncology service. You will be able to meet the award winning staff and find out about all the ongoing improvements made to the ward with the help of the children and their parents.
The site is now live and can be found at: www.nhsggc.org.uk/ward6a-and-4b
The Health Board would like to thank the Communications and Engagement sub-group of the Oversight Board, including parent representatives, for their helpful contribution to the development of this resource.
And they would like your feedback on any improvements they could make to the quality and amount of information. You can let us have your comments by visiting the site.
