VIRUS: PARLIAMENT CLOSES TO THE PUBLIC

Parliament closed to the general public

The Scottish Parliament has suspended all public engagement activities, including access to the public galleries of the Debating Chamber and committee rooms, as it prioritises supporting parliamentary business and responding to the Covid-19 outbreak. The changes have been made in order to reduce risk to those who work in the Parliament and those who have to visit.    Parliament business will be available to watch on scottishparliament.tv and on scottishparliament.tv/channel/bsl, when British Sign Language interpreting is being provided.

Contacting MSPs

As part of the measures taken in response to the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak, some MSP offices are closed and planned surgeries may not go ahead. You can still get in touch with your MSPs during this time by using your postcode in the search facility on our website to find out who represents you and access their contact details.
