A beautiful dry, autumnal morning greeted us at Levengrove parkrun today, where 152 participants ran, jogged and walked along the Clyde.
We were delighted to welcome visitors from far and wide, including parkrunners from Ayr, Northampton, Selby, Reigate, Bushy Park, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, and even Copenhagen. It’s always fantastic to see our course enjoyed by such a wide range of parkrunners from across the UK – and beyond!
A huge thank you, as always, to our amazing volunteers who made the event possible. Without your enthusiasm and encouragement, parkrun simply wouldn’t happen.
Well done to everyone who joined us this week – whether it was your first time at Levengrove or your 500th parkrun! We look forward to seeing you all again next week!
There were a few milestones today but a special well done to Elaine Connell, tailwalking today on her 150th parkrun, Moira Donahue also on her 150th, and to Cameron, Charlie, Alex and Reese on their 25th parkrun.
We go again next week when Anna takes over the RD bib from Sharon. Still a few spots available for the roster if anyone would like to volunteer
